Reservation Policy


To confirm your reservation, we need some information from you. You can give us these by booking through either an email, phone or in person. For long-term stays and group bookings we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount. Once we have received all the information and / or advance payment we will send you a confirmation of your booking. Please use our booking form here on our website.


If you wish to cancel your booking, we ask you to consider the following:

For cancellations up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to confirmed arrival time we kindly ask for 100% payment for the first night.

Cancellations as of 3 days (72 hours) prior to confirmed arrival time precipitates no payment.
The advance payments are refunded according to the above cancellation policy.
